ORDERING AND SHIPPING - We process your order immediately in order to ship your items to you as quickly as possible.  Once you have placed your order on the web site, you will not be able to make any of the following changes: add items, remove items, change address, or cancel the order.  We regularly stock every item we carry.  Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order.  If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available.  We ship all orders via FedEX.  If you would like to Overnight your order or change your ship method for an additional charge please call 888-229-0080.  We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders received will be shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday during regular business hours provided that the items ordered are in stock.  Shipping and handling is just $4.99* per order within the Continental United States.  If an order is over $150.00 a signature will be required on delivery. We do not offer international shipping.  *Shipping rate applies only to items available from the web store and shipped in the 48 continental states.  Residents of Alaska and Hawaii may contact our toll free customer service number for shipping rates.  Additional charges will be applied to any shipment if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order.  This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.  If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your order confirmation number readily available from the time of purchase.  Our customer service department will be able to track your package for you.  Just give us a call at 888-229-0080.
PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept the following major credit cards:  Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.  You may also pay using Pay Pal.  Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Lori’s will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Lori’s while using the secure server.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.  If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone with our customer service department at 888-229-0080 or by fax at 585-292-6748.
