Dark Chocolate with a high cocoa content (70% or higher), like our Dark Chocolate with Espresso Beans bar, has been found to have many health benefits. The more pure and natural the dark chocolate, the better.

The tiger artwork from Judi Rideout is printed on recycled paper. The chocolate is ethically or fairly traded and we purchase the espresso beans from a Fair Trade coffee company, meaning the workers are guaranteed fair wages and humane working conditions. This product is also certified Kosher by Orthodox Union.
