We created this naturally caffeine-free herbal blend of organic rooibos and senna leaves to help you "get it going" gently. Senna is known for its mildly laxative effects. Let's just say its natural compounds help move things along. As for the other annoying effects of constipation, we've added ginger to help reduce cramping that often comes along with this whole uncomfortable situation. Finally, sweet licorice soothes and coats the gastrointestinal tract.
