For hearty bread with bold, wholesome flavors, try Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain. No need to toast this bread, go ahead and eat straight from the bag. We won't tell. Your favorite sandwich never had it so good.

Ingredients - Filtered water, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, potato starch, canola oil or sunflower oil, egg whites, sugar or evaporated cane juice, tapioca maltodextrin, teff flour, tapioca syrup, flax seed meal, yeast, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), mold inhibitor (cultured corn syrup, ascorbic acid), molasses, ascorbic acid (contains cellulose and cornstarch), enzymes. Contains eggs.

Our baked goods are not only gluten-free, but also dairy free, nut free and soy free. Rest assured, Udi’s Gluten Free Foods baked goods are made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility.

How should I store Udi's Gluten Free Foods?
Our gluten-free baked goods are unique in the sense that they stay fresh on your counter for up to seven days. If you do not plan on eating your product in seven days or less then the proper shelf life for baked goods is as follows: 180 days frozen, 21 days refrigerated and 7 days ambient.

Our gluten-free granola has a shelf life of 180 days.
