Already a popular item throughout the Rocky Mountain region, our soft, chewy, and yummy plain bagels are anything but plain. They’re delicious anytime of day and now available for everyone to enjoy. Top with your favorite cream cheese and lox, prepare your favorite sandwich or even make pizza bagels. Nosh to your heart’s content.
Ingredients - Filtered water, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, canola oil or sunflower oil, egg whites, potato starch, evaporated cane juice, tapioca maltodextrin, xanthan gum, tapioca syrup, yeast, salt, enzymes, mold inhibitor (cultured corn syrup, ascorbic acid). Contains eggs.
Our baked goods are not only gluten-free, but also dairy free, nut free and soy free. Rest assured, Udi’s Gluten Free Foods baked goods are made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility.

How should I store Udi's Gluten Free Foods?
Our gluten-free baked goods are unique in the sense that they stay fresh on your counter for up to seven days. If you do not plan on eating your product in seven days or less then the proper shelf life for baked goods is as follows: 180 days frozen, 21 days refrigerated and 7 days ambient.
Our gluten-free granola has a shelf life of 180 days.
