We source local Colorado honey, which provides the right combination of sweetness. In addition, our granola is made with certified gluten-free oats.

Our baked goods are not only gluten-free, but also dairy free, nut free and soy free. Rest assured, Udi’s Gluten Free Foods baked goods are made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility.

How should I store Udi's Gluten Free Foods?
Our gluten-free baked goods are unique in the sense that they stay fresh on your counter for up to seven days. If you do not plan on eating your product in seven days or less then the proper shelf life for baked goods is as follows: 180 days frozen, 21 days refrigerated and 7 days ambient.

Our gluten-free granola has a shelf life of 180 days.
